AIR-CONDITIONER CLEANING, MAINTENANCE, AND ENGINEERING:-
Smart Home undertakes air-conditioner construction services include air-conditioner cleaning, air-conditioner repair, air-conditioner maintenance, adding refrigerant and air-conditioner purchase. All our technicians are well skilled with years of experience.

Window-type Air-Conditioner Cleaning Procedures :

1. We will first test your air-conditioner before cleaning (temperature and operation).
2. If the air-conditioner is in normal status, we will partially remove the air-conditioner from the window and clean it on-site.
3. We will clean the filter, as well as the front cover
4. We use professional cleaning detergents to clean the fan-coil, then clean it with high pressure water gun
5. We also clean the surroundings and residuals (A/C unit is fully covered during cleaning process)
6. Then we will place your air-conditioner back to its original position after cleaning
7. Test the temperature again and make sure it operates well.

Split-type Air-conditioner cleaning procedures :

1. We disassemble the indoor unit of the A/C and check if it is working normally
2. Then we will use professional cleaning detergents to clean the fan-coil, and clean it with a high-pressure water gun.
3. After that, we clean the blower wheels, blades and the indoor cooler drain pipe
4. We also clean the surroundings and residuals (A/C unit is fully covered during the cleaning process)
5. Then we will restore all dissembled parts and check the refrigerant systems (If water leakage is found, extra charges will be applied)
6. Disinfection and sanitizing the surface of the indoor cooler unit and filters will also be done.
