Since March 2002, TOILON INDONESIA has been supplying chemically and physically crosslinked PE/PP Foam for the first time into the local market, which we believe provides many benefits in various different area.

Duct Insulation
This technology is to laminate foam with aluminum foil face and self adhesive packing. Low thermal conductivity of our duct insulation is excellent for thermal insulation, non-hygroscopic characteristics create consistent and superb insulation properties. It is effective in preventing dew formation caused by a drastic change in temperature.

Pipe Insulation
TOILON pipe insulation has excellent durability & flexibility power. It is used in flexible temperature . Variations of different inner and outer dimension can be constructed to custom fit and insulate almost any pipe line. It is suitable for Pipe insulation for hot/cooling water, Duct protector, Air conditioning copper hose, Thermal Insulation & anti-moisture for ceiling & wall etc.

Roof Insulation
It is the first introduced in Indonesian market. This technology is to laminate foam with corrugated iron sheet. TOILON offers excellent thermal insulation, dew prevention, and sound dampening properties for uses in roof structure and wall finishing of commercial buildings or factories to prevent corrosion caused by a chemical reaction among gas, acid and moisture inside the factory or building,etc.
