Pt Lionmesh Prima TBK

PT. LIONMESH PRIMA Tbk originally named PT Lion Weldmesh Prima, was established on December 14, 1982 in Jakarta which is engaged in the industry of welded steel wire mesh.
The Company began producing welded steel wire nets since mid-1984 under the brand name LIONMESH which is manufactured in various sizes with plain wire and threaded surfaces packed in sheets or rolls.
The raw material we use is quality steel wire produced by PT. Krakatau Steel which then goes through the withdrawal process into U-50 quality steel wire with a yielding characteristic of 5000 kg / cm2 which is very advantageous compared to ordinary reinforcing steel which has a characteristic yield stress of 2400 kg / cm2. The manufacturing process is done using the latest Swiss-made machines.
We are the first company to manufacture and market welded steel wire mesh with steel wire surfaces formed \"KARI\" which aims to increase the binding strength of concrete.
Our products have been recognized by the Indonesian Industrial Standard (SII), which was later changed to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) with the Certificate of Use of SNI Mark No. 0593 / Bd / SNI-AS / IV / 1995 dated 12 April 1995.

PRELIMINARY

LIONMESH is a prefab reinforced steel network, which at each meeting point has electric welded wire to get \\\"Shear Resistant\\\", especially used for concrete reinforcement. LIONMESH can be produced in standard sizes (see list) or special sizes as requested by building construction experts. Steel wire used is of U-50 quality with characteristic yield stress of 5000 kg / cm 2 which is very beneficial when compared with ordinary reinforcing steel which has a characteristic yield stress of 2400 kg / cm 2 , while the minimum shear stress of each weld point is 2500 kg / cm 2. The manufacturing process is done using the latest Swiss-made machines. This reinforcement of concrete using \\\"Welded Reinforcing Steel Mesh\\\" has been used extensively in Malaysia and Singapore since 30 years ago, whereas in Germany it has been 50 years ago.

LIONMESH KARI is LIONMESH whose steel wire surface is formed \\\"KARI\\\" with the aim of increasing the bond strength of the concrete. This \\\"KARI\\\" wire surface has been proven in developed countries that its binding strength to concrete is much stronger than plain surface wire
