Online Alarm Monitoring & Response

SECOM provides a sophisticated Control Center on 24/7 basis. The Control Center immediately dispatched SECOM Beat Engineer from the nearest depot upon any abnormality signal occurs. If required, Control Center will contact Police Departement or Fire Department.

This service is completed with Emergency Key Holding service when customer is out of town or something emergency happen, SECOM could take immediate response on site.

Facilities Monitoring

SECOM provides early detection of “out of limits” operation. SECOM maintains a state-of-the-art Control Center on 24/7 basis prepared to respond various kinds of emergency signals. By using accurate equipment, SECOM Facilities Monitoring Service is capable to detect any minor problems related to temperature, humidity, water level, or pressure level that may result in major problems.
