We do not directly sell or purchase any property and we provide a service to providers (includes as Property Agents, Developers and Builders, Banks, Insurance companies and Service providers) whereby they may market their services and products and you may view such details including property details ('Details') together with other content, information hosted and developed by us. Providers are responsible for preparing the details and fielding enquiries directly from you. We do not get involved in any communications between you and agents or advertiser and we do not participate in any part of the transaction.

Under no circumstances shall PPI or any of its associated members including but not limited to Suppliers, partners, affiliates, be liable for damages for loss of data or profits arising out of use of this website even if PPI or any PPI authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing about the possibility of any such damage.

You agree to release us from any claims or disputes of any kind arising from or in any way connected to such disputes with third parties.

All services offered by PPI are on 100% advance payment basis. All Refunds would be solely at the discretion of PPI. PPI offers no guidelines or time frame for refunds reaching you.

Any taxes, GST, duties or levies on the transactions done on PPI are to be borne by you.

Any modifications, changes or amendments of these Terms of service shall replace all previous version of the same.

Any individual or company using internet receives a spam or virus which includes a link to PPI, he/it should not hold PPI responsible for the same. PPI assures no such emails, spams or virus would be sent out from its website and assumes no responsibilities for such emails.

We at PPI, may at our own discretion create, modify guidelines and limits in regards to the use of the website and or its services including without limitation the following with or without giving any prior notice:

• the availability of services on the website.
• the number of emails that would be sent from the website to one or multiple email accounts.
• the amount of server storage space allocated on your behalf 
• the number of times or the duration for which you may access the website or its services.

PPI reserves the right to deactivate or suspend any account that are either inactive for a duration determined by PPI at our sole discretion.

Subscription Fees

• The applicable rate of the Subscription Fees for the Packages provided shall be mentioned on the “Advertising Solutions” page or as may be decided by PPI from time to time. 
• All Users postings information at PPI for the purpose of buying property shall be exempted from the application of this clause.

Payment & Refund Clause

• For all Packages bought, 50% of the total amount would be considered towards the activation/administration fees & the remaining 50% would be refunded on pro-rata basis, considering the usages of the Services. Customer agrees that the refund process would take at least 21 days after the complete documentation has been received by the Finance team for processing such refund.
• The Package Fees shall be paid by the User at the time of purchasing the same. In case the user disputes the same for any reason whatsoever, he shall make the payment towards the Package Fees accrued subject to the decision of PPI on the dispute. In the event of PPI deciding the dispute in the User’s favor, PPI shall refund to the User any excess amount paid by the User free of interest.

Revision

PPI reserves the rights to modify, change or amend all or any of these terms as deemed fit by PPI without any prior notification or announcements. You should therefore review these terms on regular basis in order to be aware of any such modifications.

Use of the website implies that you agree to all terms at all times. If you do not agree to any terms mentioned here in, you should stop using the website immediately.

Availability

PPI assures you that all measures are taken to have the website and its services available to you at all times, but PPI does not guarantee that the website and its or its services will be available uninterrupted.
